    The above puppy has been raised under strict sanitary conditions, with regular veterinary supervision.  H-H Kennel believes the above puppy to be of sound temperment and to the best of our knowledge is in excellent health.

    At the time of purchase, the puppy will be current on all vaccinations and wormings, and a record will be provided.  The buyer is required to take the puppy to a veterinarian within 48 hours from date of purchase for a health check, and to receive any immunizations pertinent to their area, and to set up an immunization schedule. If a Lepto shot is given to the puppy before 1 year of age this guarantee will be void.

    In the event a veterinarian examination has found the puppy to be unsound as to warrant return the buyer must notify seller immediately.  Such a return must be accompanied by a written veterinary statement of findings showing cause, on the letterhead stationary of finding vet, in which case it will be replaced by another puppy of equal value.  The puppy and papers must be returned, at buyers expense.  Should any dispute arise, the laws of the state of Missouri have jurisdiction.

    H-H  Kennel guarantees the puppy against hereditary disorders that are detrimental to the puppys' health, for one year from the puppys' date of birth.

    The above puppy is being sold as a pet, size and color are not guaranteed.  Although it may be of breeding or show quality, H-H Kennel does not guarantee a puppy will breed or finish in a dog show.

    H-H Kennel is not responsible for any veterinary expenses which are incurred by buyer, unless through prior arrangement.  In which case seller reserves the right to choice of treating veterinarian.

    This guarantee does not cover injury, illness, or death caused from accidents or neglect.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and healthy environment.

    A non-refundable half price deposit is required to hold a puppy until old enough and/or large enough to be picked up or shipped.  A puppy is not considered sold until deposit is received!!  Deposit is non-refundable unless the puppy fails vet check!!  All purchases must be paid in full at least ten days prior to shipping.  If you are picking up your puppy you can pay the remainder in CASH at that time. Sorry we do not take personal checks.  Puppies do not leave here before 8 weeks of age. Other than terms stated above, seller makes no further guarantees.
